Knürr AG registers increasing demand for Miracel© 19” Rack
Production of the 900 mm depth multi-talent gets a boost |

Knürr AG is seeing rising demand for its Miracel 19” Network Racks with
800 and 900 mm depth. With the Knürr Miracel© the IT specialist will therefore
specifically set its sights on the tried, tested and proven multi-talent and offer
the server rack platform from 600 to 1,200 mm depth.
The benefit for the customer is as clear as day, because the Miracel Server Rack’s design not only enables totally flexible adjustment to all required dimensions and standards – with various equipment components practically every technical adaption can also be implemented:
both active and passive components, an operations-oriented power supply distribution, cabling, thermal management, cooling and monitoring, right on through to proactive controlling of the most diverse requirements.
Servers are optimally housed on an impressive height of up to 41 U and a static load rating of 5,000 N.
Instead of heavy single-cast steel frames, Knürr focuses on standardized aluminum server extrusions, which ensure there is plenty of room for movement, and significantly simplify the installation process.
An elaborate threaded system construction allows both side panels to be
removed without tools, which guarantees optimum accessibility, even in narrow
IT spaces. But IT responsible people have even more that the server rack’s clever construction to be thankful for!
Requirements-oriented power supply and optional scalable thermal management ensure continuous operational reliability.
The integrated T-slot system simplifies the free to choose arrangement of accessories and the easy installation of all non-standard components.
System extensions that retain the respective IP protection rating are no longer a challenge for Knürr Miracel© – they are a fixed element in a well thought through server rack philosophy. |
