Police Station Mainz 3 ensures continuous operational coordination and central tasks of daily police services in a 24/7 environment, operating under high demands in terms of responsiveness, situational awareness and operational reliability.
With the implementation of the new control room solution, a modern and ergonomically optimised working environment was created that supports efficient and structured workflows while sustainably improving usability. The initial situation and challenge
